It is incredibile how she keeps on lying ! i ve sent you the whole correspondence we had together and she put in writing free parking and pool !!! At least the airbnb team reimbursed us. I still think that they should have found a way to have Olga reimbursing us since she made the mistake !!! i have the whole correspondence to testify it. She took advantage of us and she should be ashamed of what she did. She is a liar and i hope people will look careful at the comment i put. She doesn t deserve to make business... she is not able to do so because she is not organized enough and worse than that she fools the clients !!!! I am sure that what happened is that she had given our apartment to somebody else ! In fact the day before we arrived she sent us the details of the apartment and it was exactly the one we had booked. Then upon our arrival at the airport (after 11 hours in the plane and 6 hours jetlag) she told me that there had been a mistake and we were supposed to go to another apartment.... not very professional indeed.
As far as the blanket is concerned, it is not only about the blanket.... it is also about the mattress of the sofabed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
anyway Olga, Airbnb had a look at the whole correspondence and they understood that you fooled us ! they reimbursed us.
I also would like to reiterate that once we left the apartment we tried to contact her every day for 10 days and she ignored our phone calls our hung up the phone on us... not very professional neither. She had finally agreed to reimburse us with one night... so I guess she had realized her mistake... I think she should be blacklisted from this website. I am sure other people had bad experiences but maybe they gave up or they couldn t express themselves in English...
