Erik is a professional entrepreneur and restauranteur who stayed in this property while opening his new restaurant: Tender Greens in downtown SF. His approach to Slow Food and making it accessible and affordable is very impressive. I would rate as an A+ guest! Communicative, articulate, intelligent and an all around nice person, Erik and his team were a joy to host.
I checked them in, and offered to drive them to their dinner spot. They in turn, kindly invited me to join them for dinner at Potrero Hill's hip Yucatan restaurant: Gilbert's. It was quite a lovely evening, and I felt very comfortable that they were in the flat, and wished they could have stayed longer!
Erik left the flat very neat and clean.
I would welcome him and his team back anytime at any of the properties I manager.
