Io e mia Moglie, abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni sereni ad Assisi, Grazie alla cortesia e disponibilità di Giulia e suo fratello. Tante
piccole attenzioni e premure ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. La casa è OK. Situata in un posto suggestivo a pochi passi dal centro.
Host was extremely nice and helpful. Giulia gave us a lot of hints and recommendations even before our arrival. The apartment is very centrally located in Assisi. Overall, a very good location within the city!
What a special place Loggiovicollo is! It was just as expected and Giulia and her family were there to help with everything. Peaceful, near everything and easy. Wonderful!
What wonderful hosts Giulia and Federico are. Giulia was well prepared with texts re our arrival and keen to make sure we settled in easily. Their apartment is tastefully decorated and very comfortable with all that you could need. We stayed for a week and enjoyed using the kitchen for cooking our meals as well as going out to the very nearby restaurants! What a magnificent city Assisi is.... Scenery is stunning and it truly is a peaceful city. Federico and Giulia were very considerate in helping answer our questions and left some food for our first day as well as giving us some delicious home grown tomatoes and watermelon! When they were both busy their wonderful mother helped us.... They also have a place nearby to park ur hired car if need be. We would certainly love to return to their hospitality and home sometime in the near future and will recommend it to our family and friends. Thank you all for a terrific holiday in your lovely home and city :-)

If you are looking at this listing for your upcoming stay in Assisi look no further! Book this place! I just left today and wish I was still there. This is the 2nd time I have stayed at Loggialvicolo. Giulia, Federico & Masimiliano are fantastic hosts! They are kind, helpful and a lot of fun! The apartment is nicely decorated, clean and located on one of the nicest streets in all of Assisi. It was my home away from home. I hope to return again in the near future!
Thank you so much Giulia and Federico! Your apartment was so beautiful and done in great taste,a very special, peaceful place. We loved being part of life in Assisi for a few days, our quiet little area, the beautiful flowers, the men sitting around the barbershop corner chatting in the afternoon. You were both very kind,we really appreciated your lovely biological foods and the limoncello! Assisi is just lovely and we will tell all our friends.love Alexandra and Jim
Giulia was the perfect host! She gave me perfect directions on the bus from the train station and she met us at the bus stop. The apartment was just a quick walk from there. The area the apartment is in is by far the cutest neighborhood I've even had the chance to stay in. She told us all we needed to know (restaurants and wine!) I feel so lucky to have stayed in such a charming apartment. After backpacking for about a week, the washing machine was such a luxury! Can't wait to visit again!
I am a solo traveler and have stayed in five Airbnbs in Italy, enjoying each one. Were I asked to select the number one apartment, Giulia and Frederico's would be the choice. As all other reviewers have said, they have made an exceptionally lovely environment and they supply everything one needs. To repeat specifics,
the art work and color scheme, well equipped kitchen, ample and varied breakfast, comfortable bed and bed pillows, best washing machine, best hot shower, thermostat under your control, lovely flowers, marvelous neighborhood location, near the bus, Assisi sites, restaurants, and yet in a quiet, peaceful spot where where the only noise is a pleasant church bell, opportunity to store luggage before or after checking in, and both host and hostess want to be sure you are comfortable and do sweet things to welcome you.
What I do not recall other reviewers mentioning are a sweet cat (Molly), herbs just outside the front door, and the minute you enter, you are greeted with a cozy space separating your apartment from the host's. This entry way has artistically arranged flowers and a lovely floral smell. You immediately know you are in an extraordinary place and you have not yet entered your apartment! Once inside, I found myself almost speechless by a particular painting over the sofa. Frederico is so creative, he might change the art work from time to time, but I hope many guests get to see this particular painting of his loved ones. Art work, furnishings. and flooring are modern, but the curtains hand made by the grandmother remind you that you are in a place of history and family tradition.
I like that they are environmentally conscious and that they suggested walking in the Bosco trail just outside the Balisica.
Last, but possibly most important, if you are fortunate to engage in conversation with your host, hostess, and their good friend your travel in Italy will be truly enriched. For me, I know I will never forget these three people.
