Kate is an outstanding hostess. She is meticulously organised, thoughtful, kind and went so far beyond the call of duty that it's hard to express my gratitude in words. The room was very clean and everything I needed. Breakfast was perfect. The location is great, with bus connections making the city centre within easy reach. Highly recommended without the slightest hesitation!

Wonderful and tidy house which is close to the centre and to Napier University. Kate and Chris are wonderful people and it is a pleasure to speak with them. I really recommend this house to everybody.

Kate and her husband are very friendly and nice, their house is lovely and very convenient to the bus stop - 3 minutes around. The room is just like the picture shows, warm and cozy. We had great time in Kate's and Edinburgh. It is highly recommended for the people who wants to stay in a place feel like home!

Kate was very friendly and welcoming on arrival and throughout stay. It was nice having the garden room to make drinks and eat supper. The house is situated in a quiet part of town, just 20mins away from the town centre with a regular bus service. All the directions provided by Kate to get to her house were clear and easy to follow.

Kate was very helpful with directions and transport to and from the house. We really enjoyed the beautiful view from the lovely garden. Also having our own garden room to relax and have tea. The room was cosy and Kate kindly provided extra blankets incase the chill set in. We really enjoyed our time at the festival and was grateful to come back to a quiet peaceful setting at the end of a fun-filled busy day.

Kate was helpful about travel advice prior to our trip and very welcoming when we arrived.The room looked as it had in the photo and it was good having our own sitting area downstairs looking over the nice (Website hidden by Airbnb) is a quiet residential area and felt very safe.Although about 20 minutes out of town there is a good regular bus service to the house from the city centre.
