Ciaran is definitely a great host, very welcoming and willing to give advices on what to do and see in Dublin. He made very clear that we could call him during our staying if anything was to happen. Lots of maps and tourist documents are just there for us.
The house is like on the pictures, lovely and clean. It was perfect for 4 people. Also it is in a very quiet area, about 30 minutes of walk to the city center, easily accessible by foot, bus, and not too expensive when you take a cab.
I would definitely recommend Ciaran and his place. Thanks a lot!
Ciaran was a great host, always friendly and helpful. The room is clean and nice, the facilities were excellent and the connections to the city center are good. Enjoyed my stay very much.
Ciaran is a brilliant host. Despite being very busy last weekend, he still provided a kind and warm welcome. Also his tips on Dublin eateries proved useful.
The room was cozy and the fire place in the living room adds to the charm.
Thank you so much and hopefully see you again.
Ciaran is a lovely man, very warm and welcoming. My room was spacious and comfortable, as was the bed. The house was very clean and well organized and well located; in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance of all that is happening in Dublin.
My only regret is that Ciaran got called away on family matters and we did not get to see much of each other. If I am back in Dublin I would definitely stay there again!
We had a very pleasant time staying with Ciaran. The area is quiet, but not too far off (~30 mins walk to city centre), both room and flat are clean and cozy. Ciaran offered to pick us up from the bus station and provided lots of advice regarding where to go and what to do.
Ciaran is a great host, absolutely recommended. The room and flat are nice. Easy to get into the city centre either by bus or by foot.
Ciaran is a great host and our stay was really good. Ciaran was ready to help us, let us use the house during our stay and was really nice with us. He helped us to discover a new district in Dublin and manage to help us. The room was perfect and the living room is really warm and welcoming. We had such a great stay with Ciaran and the place was really nice, thank you !
Somewhere in Dublin, right now, I'm sure two people are having this conversation:
A: I need to move house. You know anywhere?
B: did you hear Ciaran has moved back to Dublin? He has a spare room, and sure he'd be the best flatmate ever
A: I know I know, everybody wants to live with ciaran, but he's letting the room out with that AirBNB.
B: oh really? It's not fair...
Overall, great experience. Nice room with a lot of privacy. The apartment had everything we needed. Nice location with an easy walk to the nearest tram and bus station. Ciaran was a great host, always willing to offer advice, directions, and recommendations on Dublin. He even provided us a ride to the bus station. If I ever return to Dublin, I know where I plan on staying.
Ciaran has a great place to stay. Its very central to the city centre, especially if you have a bike. The local area has plenty of pubs, shops, cafes and restaurants. All of which offer great options for dining. There is also a large supermarket nearby if you prefer to cook.
The room is a great size, very comfortable and very clean. The back garden is a great sun trap during the morning. It makes for a very nice breakfast spot! Parking is also no problem, plenty of it outside the house on the street.
Its a great base to get to the Phoenix Park, and to get out of the city to the surrounding countryside. Its also very easy to find especially if you are not from Dublin.
All in all it is definitely a brilliant place to stay, and Ciaran himself is a great host!
