We had a very nice stay. The room was very spacious and clean, communication with Danielle was very easy and nice. Greenpoint is a great location. Close to Williamsburg stores and Cafes and Manhattan via Metro/Ferry and yet low-key and safe. Cute dogs, especially Eugene. I can certainly recommend staying here while visiting NYC. Breakfast at Five Leaves (5 min from the apt) was amazing and shouldn't be missed...

We had a fantastic stay at Danielle's apartment. We have seen many apartments in NYC/Brooklyn and let me tell you - it is RARE to find an updated/renovated place with plenty of room and closet space that's also in a decent area. This makes this listing a gem. The shower pressure is great, the guest room is huge by NYC standards and has a big closet and dresser for use. We put the AC on to block the noise of Manhattan which worked just fine. Danielle is a doll and we loved her pups Cricket and Eugene, who are very sweet. Greenpoint is a great neighborhood and the G train is literally at the end of the block. We would recommend this spot and plan to stay here in the future!
Lovely large room, 10 mins walking distance from williamsburg and brooklyn flea. Its a nice apartment and communication was ok. We didn't see Danielle a lot but she was friendly.
Danielle was a FANTASTIC host! She was super nice and had everything ready for our stay right on time, even when we had flight delays. We only got to see her once since we were always out and about, but she gave us suggestions as to where to go and let my friend and I have our own personal space while in the house which was very nice. This was my first time using airbnb and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences ever and I would do it all over again if I could! It was just like staying at a hotel but for a better price and in a calmer area, which was awesome. Also, her dog, Eugene, is very nice after you get to know him. Just beware because he is not too fond of luggage with wheels! Haha! If I were to go back to New York, I would definitely stay with Danielle all over again.
Danielle was a lovely host and the room is very comfortable. We spend a great week-end in NYC and we liked the location of the appartment, it was really plaseant. It's a very good place to stay !
The room is large, we were provided with clean sheets and towels. We only saw Danielle twice during our 3-day stay. It's very basic, no frills, but you are close to some great places like Calexico, Manhattan Inn, and Five Leaves, as well as the subway. Great place if you are just looking for a place to crash while you explore the city.
Great apt in an awesome area!
