Mr. Sanjay Singhal's original reservation was from Tuesday Jan 14th till
Tuesday Jan 21st 2014 for the Merilyn Monroe building that we listed.
However he came on Monday Jan 13th apologized for making a mistake on the
booking he made and asked us to grant him an early check in.
Since our goal is to make sure that the Guest is satisfied to the max We
did notify him that the unit is still occupied by another guest and that we
will go the extra mile to find him another unit with the exact same
description in a near by location. Once we did he clearly stated that he
doesn't mind changing his reservation at that other unit and apologized
again for his mistake.
So it is clearly not our fault that he didn't get what we advertised for as
we did try to accommodate him based on his request to
1) change his reservation
2) stay at the new location.
