The guests and their children came a bit earlier than planned. They stayed for two nights and did not mention there were "issues" with the guest studio. It has two entrances, the main one through the lobby and a side entrance for the tradesman and garbage collectors. I don't know why they chose to use the side door and then complain about it. The studio was thoroughly cleaned, i.e., floors vacuumed and mopped; sheets, towels laundered and kitchen area cleaned. The guest studio is in a residential building and has others tenants in it. It is not a sterile hotel lobby. It is very bright and fresh, provided one open up the blinds to the six foot sliding glass door to the patio area.
