I don't know what to say about this review - I have been an Airbnb host for years, and it's the first time I'm receiving complaints on this website. All I have to say is: the maps location on the website is very precise (as it's a (website hidden) maps application). My Chinese friend, who gave Liza the keys when I was out of town, knew what she had to do, so I don't think the fact she didn't speak English was a problem at all. Nobody ever complained about the towels - and anyway, Liza paid a very convenient rate. I was out of town for work and I was missing from my flat from a long time in those days, so it is possible that the housekeeper's cleaning of the kitchen's closet was not perfect (I trust my housekeeper, but mistakes happen), but indeed, my kitchen's closet and my food were not at disposal of the guests, and have never been. I don't open closets, and I don't use a host's food without his permission if I rent a place. Anyway, If Liza had told me of this problems, I would have been happy to help, and to send the housekeeper for an extra cleaning or extra towels, but she never told me anything. Communication with her was indeed very hard from the beginning, and honestly I had the feeling I would have had problems with this specific booking. Anyway, I invite everyone who's visiting this page to read the other reviews to have a more realistic idea of the place. Ciao!
