I'm a local Chinese, but I'm more a global person due to my extensive travel and living overseas experience. I live with my helper and my dog. I work as an art consultant and I'm part of the art scene here. I paint, write and study. I also plan to start a poetry reading group soon. I am knowledgeable with both ancient Chinese and local colonial history. I used to host my room for purely artists. The reason I become a host is to meet people from all over the world. . Meeting different people, learning their cultures, and listening to their life stories and beliefs humble and enrich me. Similarly, I wish my house guests can take back with them a memorable home-stay experience and a better understanding of my culture and my part of the world. My favourite cities are New York, Melbourne, Istanbul, and Hong Kong. I lived in Bangkok for 8 years, and Cape Town for 2 and half years. The most striking beauties are the sun setting on Walker Bay in De Kelders, the Big Moon arising at Kalk Bay in Cape Town, the mystic clouds shrouding the Table mountain, and the glittering snow on Tanggula Mountains under the full moon in Qinghai. I speak fluent English, Mandarin and some Thai. I'm a spiritual person. Every person that comes into my life has a very special reason, and I cherish.
