Laurie & Daniel gave me a warm welcome upon my arrival and showed me around their cozy home. My bedroom & bathroom were very clean & private & just as described. A vase of fresh flowers greeted me in the bedroom. Towels & some toiletries were provided in the bathroom. I enjoyed quiet time on the patio & interesting conversations with Laurie during my stay. She very considerately let me know about their comings & goings each day. The neighborhood was quiet & the neighbors friendly. I had a great stay thanks to Laurie & Daniel. They were wonderful hosts.
It was a great pleasure to stayin thehouse of Laurie and Daniel! They did everything to make me feel at home and at the same time gave me all the space for privacy if I would like to. The room and their house is very nice and really cozy and soulful! I even attended a yogalesson for the first time. In my life from Laurie and it was great! Last but not least they gave me lots of tips and recommendations for places to go for a visit. and they helped me in all ways to plan it. That's why I am having a great time at the moment in Bend. They recommended it and tomorrow I go toCrater lake. I highly recommend to stay with Laurie and Daniel. I am vy thankfull for all their help and kindness,
It was a great pleasure to stay! Laurie and Dan did everything to make me feel at home and gave all the space just to join them or to have privacy. I felt very welcome and at home and had a great time. Thank you so much! I highly recommend !
I came to visit the University of Oregon. Laurie and Daniel were very hospitable, giving restaurant suggestions, occasional snacks, interesting conversation, and directions. The neighborhood was quiet, lined with midcentury single-story homes about ten minutes from campus, and a few minutes from a nice grocery store. I think it helped me get a better understanding of Eugene than if I had stayed in some hotel 20-minutes outside of town without talking to anybody. The cats are not snuggly, but the dog is sweet. Thanks so much for a nice visit!
Laurie and Dan's house feels so much like home that we've stayed here twice now on our travels through Eugene. Very comfortable and cozy set up with the bed and bathroom. Really are super Airbnb hosts. We look forward to returning.
Laurie and Dan warmly and sincerely welcome you into their home. The bedroom is lovely, the bed comfortable; the bathroom is immaculate and well furnished. You are invited to share the living room and the kitchen. I also enjoyed the neighborhood: a good food market and several good restaurants.
I had a wonderful stay with Laurie & Dan! They gave me a warm welcome, even though I arrived late. The room was perfect for my stay during the Wings seminar. It felt like home and had everything I needed. The house is located in a friendly luscious green neighborhood, not far from great places for breakfast (all tips from Laurie were right on!).
Laurie and Daniel's beautiful home in a hilly Eugene neighborhood was perfect for us! It's more elegant and welcoming a space even than the photos. We felt completely free to use the common areas and enjoyed some good conversation with both of our hosts. In-room information sheets covered all details -- even a great list of local restaurants. My sweetie enjoyed early morning reading out on the patio surrounded by garden and greenery. We hope to return often (and make time for the hot tub!). Thanks so much, Daniel and Laurie, for a lovely experience.
Laurie and Daniel were excellent hosts, even helping my daughter and I to find a great Thai restaurant in town. The bedroom and bathroom were both spotless. Their home is just minutes from University of Oregon and they made us feel very welcome.
This was our first Airbnb experience and it was fantastic. Laurie and Daniel's home is absolutely beautiful, my husband didn't want to leave! Their home was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Private bathroom and use of kitchen and living areas was a plus too! I would recommend it to any one I know and if we ever need a place in Eugene it will be on the top of our list!
Laurie and Dan were very very nice. We really enjoyed having them.
There were the perfect guests. Very quiet and respectful of our property.
We wish they could have stayed longer so we could have had more time to visit and gotten to know each other.
It was a pleasure to host Laurie & Daniel! They are as friendly as they look in their lovely profile picture and were a delight to visit with. Although we had only a short chat I wish we could have had more time to get to know them.
It turned out Dan was the solo on this trip as Laurie had to work, it was a pleasure hosting him, Laurie set it up and was a great communicator and hope to meet her next time. Recommend them highly to future hosts, clean, nice and laid back!
Laurie and Daniel were great guests! They left the apartment in very clean shape. Super easy to communicate with. Welcome guests anytime!
We've known Dan and Laurie for a few years and have actually stayed in their house on numerous occasions. They're the ultimate hosts, friendly, open, and willing to share their space and their "toys". Their knowledge of Eugene and environs, both on land and on the waterways, is unrivaled. They'll be genuinely pleased to see their guests enjoy themselves. Whatever the reason for visiting Eugene, you'll be guaranteed a good time and a memorable stay.
Laurie and Dan have a lovely house in the most beautiful part of Eugene. Their guest room is cozy and inviting---along with the privacy of your own bathroom! The house is thoughtfully and mindfully put together with an aesthetic grace, which results in easy comfort during your stay.
Both Laurie and Dan are active in mind and body--they will help you make the most out of Eugene whether it be a culinary tour, or an outdoor adventure. (I had the luck of rafting the Grand Canyon with the two of them this Spring--such a blast!)
I also highly recommend taking Laurie's yoga class if you can. She teaches a class that is fun and spiritually renewing, while getting a great workout!
I highly recommend them as hosts and guides. You will enjoy a restful home after any type of adventure!
