Great apartment, love the host! Rébecca is an interesting, fun person and takes good care of her guests. I recommend her place to anyone looking. The area is especially convenient and a short walk to Jean Talon market.
I stayed at Rébecca's place for a month. She is a really nice and interesting person and the neighborhood is great.
Overall I recommend this place, but it is maybe more ideal for shorter stays.
We had a great stay at Rebeccas and Christmas wonderful home! We can highly recommend this place, the house is very sweet and in a great location.
A great location and a great host. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and very much enjoyed hanging out with Christmas! We hope to see them down in Virginia someday soon!
Rebecca and Christmas were very welcoming and laid back hosts. We felt at ease and comfortable during our short stay. Their apartment is located a couple of blocks from the Marche Jean Talon and is in the heart of a great neighourhood. They responded immediately to our message and made finding a place to stay at the last minute very easy. Merci!
I had a really good stay at Rébecca's place. Unfortunately, we didn't meet in person but the communication via mail was easy and always friendly. The place itself was very nice. Although I spend most of the time out of the house it is a nice spot if you need some time to rest. The Jean-Talon merket is only a five minutes walk away and the hip areas of Montreal are also in walking distance (20 minutes). I would love to come back again and I recommend this place to other airbnb travellers.
My stay at Rebecca's house was great. She provided accurate directions and the room was comfortable. I was only there briefly to sleep but would be happy to return and stay for a longer time to enjoy the kitchen & neighborhood when I go back to Montreal. Highly recommended!
yes! come back so we get to chat!
Rébecca and Christmas are lovely people and were fantastic to talk to. They were opinionated and had many interesting things to say about subjects that came up. Rébecca was very responsive to my queries and intuitive enough, which made me feel comfortable. Her place is quaint and cozy, yet comfortable. Furthermore, she shared many of her favourite places with me, so I was able to experience the city much like a local. I would recommend this place if you have means to get around the city-hopefully you will have a bicycle like I did! (I never even stepped into my car, during my stay, except to move it for the street cleaner. Which is highly recommended if you do not want to pay the parking infraction!) The host was thoughtful of my space and provided me with privacy yet was open to answering any of my questions. The house is in the neighborhood of Petit Italia, with some amazing restaurants around, a superb Italian grocery store (plenty of chocolate) and the amazing Jean Talon Market is just a few blocks away. (The crêpes at the market are not something to write home about-avoid them)
Rebecca was fantastic and incredibly welcoming. I had a great time in her home and really enjoyed her & her friends' company. Location was great as well as it was very convenient to get to places.
Rebecca is the perfect host, I felt right at home. The house is very sweet and perfectly located in a quite street in Little Italy. Highly recommended!
Christmas was my first airbnb guest and I thank him and Rebecca greatly for taking a chance and giving me my first airbnb opportunity! And I'll say, it'll be pretty much impossible to top'em! Christmas is everything you hope for in a guest...very considerate, clean, helpful, interesting, good company and easy to be around. Since he was staying on my couch (and clearly I am female) he was eager for us to meet ahead of time, at a cafe, to get to know each other so that we were both comfortable with each other. I was really impressed with that gesture and it speaks to his great character. I also have to mention how one night as I was driving home, my pot fell over and I was crushed because I thought I for sure I had destroyed my baby fern plant. He completely took care of it and helped me bring it back to life. He says it was nothing, but it meant the world to me as it was a gift with a lot of sentimental value. Future guests have pretty big shoes to fill after Christmas set the bar so high. Heartfelt thanks again Christmas and Rebecca!
I stayed with Rebecca when I was in between places and I had an amazing time! She's great and fun company, easy going and open-minded, and will make you feel welcome and right at ease in her lovely home, located in little Italy one of my favorite neighborhoods in the city.
reb's place is cool. I stayed there for a while. I recommend it.
Rebecca is awesome! Open-minded, funny, bright, street smart, and she knows Montreal like the back of her hand. She's always a delight to hang with, always upbeat, completely fun. You'll enjoy staying with her.
Rébecca is an amazing and passionate person that definitely can bring a lot to the Airbnb community. She's trustworthy and responsible, which makes her the perfect host or guest to have.
