Gabriela has a lovely little place in an amazing neighborhood. I did complain, though, because there was a significant cockroach infestation. It was bad enough that I was storing my toothbrush in the refrigerator to avoid them. They were all over. I contacted Gabriela about it and received no response. It was bad enough that Airbnb offered me a refund, saying that Gabriela's place did not meet their standards. Gabriela is correct that I was much later than predicted arriving at the lodging. Like many travelers, I faced delays in my transportation at the airport, something I was unable to control. I did notify her as soon as I had telephone service and apologized, and she was gracious enough to accept my apology at the time and wait for me. My only issue with her was the bug infestation.
