urbain, mais commence a avoir envie de campagne..
ballades, art contemporain...
Bruno is the perfect host!! He had food ready for our breakfast, snacks and coffee. He goes beyond the call of duty.
We loved the flat, very clean, comfortable very chic and cool with all his art and artefacts…. felt very french!! It's in a great location in the heart of Paris and we walked every where! We would definitely return to Bruno's flat we were very happy and we will definitely recommend people to stay there!
The studio is perfectly located in the centre of Paris. Most of the sights are in walking distance. The place is cozy, in a very nice and old building. Bruno is the perfect host. A very nice person and very helpful. He also left us everything we need for breakfast (bread, butter, eggs, milk, jam and many other things), so we just went to the supermarket once. I would definitely stay at Brunos appartement again.
We have been living in Bruno’s studio for some weeks and it has been an incredible experience. The apartment in very well placed in order to know the most famous places in Paris and it is amazingly well equipped to make the most warming staying. It is in a 5-floor store without lift but in this case I don’t think this to be a problem. (And Bruno helped us with the luggage when we arrived!)
But the best of the apartment is its owner Bruno, a lovely guy always worried to make our staying the best as possible. We had the thinks for the breakfast prepared when we arrived! We would recommend the Bruno’s studio to anyone without doubt it!

We had a very good stay at Bruno's studio. On arrival Bruno showed us his nice studio full of art and left us 2 free entry's to the Centre Pompidou. There was fresh bread, the fridge was 'full' and some other nice foods and drinks. It's a small studio, but more than enough space because of the smart lay-out. We slept upstairs, and that's about the only downside of the studio, we had to use the small and steep ladder up, and down every evening and morning. The location is perfect, nearby (less than 5 minutes walk) from several metrostations. A bakkery, a butcher, some small and some big supermarkets, several café's, restaurants etc. And a market at less than 10 minutes walk, a lot of shops, restaurants, café's at less than 10 minutes walk. But still in a pretty quiet street. The studio is at the backside of the building, therefor it was very calm upstairs. We really enjoyed our stay in Paris and at Bruno's studio.
Bruno has such a wonderful apartment right in the heart of Paris, which we felt very lucky to stay in. We loves walking around Paris and from the apartment you can reach to so many sights without getting into a metro. Bruno was a very welcoming host, always easy to reach and he provided us with snacks, breakfast essentials and maps - the stay was simply perfect, and we hope to stay there again the next time. Thanks Bruno!
This apartment is well located, subway is really close and the Louvre museum and its surroundings are within walking distance. We found everything we needed for a pleasant stay, and Bruno is such a thoughtful guest that he even did some shopping for us to have what was needed for breakfast.
Bruno was an absolute delight, and we could not have been happier about the flat. He provided us with detailed directions from the train station, breakfast for our first morning, and free passes to the Pompidou Centre. I truly could not have asked for a better host.
It was unseasonably warm while we were there, and like most of Paris there was no AC. But between the open windows and 2 fans it wasn't too unbearable. There are A LOT of stairs to get up to the apartment, so that is just something to be aware of. As long as you don't have trouble walking it should not be a problem for most people.
The neighborhood was lovely, and we were able to easily get around. I would highly recommend staying here to others.
Bruno went out of his way to make me feel welcome during my stay, from helping me get into the apartment at a late hour without any issues, to the great snacks and maps he left for me. The apartment is nicely situated in a young, vibrant part of Paris, and as long as you're in good enough shape to climb all 108 steps (I counted!) to the apartment, it's an ideal spot for a stay in town. Just one caution: the walls are thin so you sometimes hear people from next door, which may be a problem if you're sensitive to noise, but if you're in Paris, you shouldn't be spending all day in the apartment anyway!
The studio was cozy, comfortable and very well equipped and one does have the expereince of living as a local. However, the stairs are not for the faint hearted especially if carrying huge or heavy cases. Bruno is a generous and easy to laid back host. Thanks Bruno for making my first visit to Paris such a pleasant one.
Great to have Sylvain and Bruno over at the apartment. They left the apartment so very clean and tidy and have no complaints whatsover... Moreover I would like to recommend both Sylvain and Bruno to any host as they are uncomplicated and a pleasure to have. You are most welcome to come and visit us again.
Thank and hope we meet again
