I have to reply this feedback. Unlike her comment, I rang the bell couple of times, not for complain about, just there are few things to ask, because when we get there a guy, who let us in, just gave a key and left. The thing that I want to ask is about window shade because there is no door or anything in front of shower and bathroom(if you can call that room). Also I had to visit 8pm host's room, because, early in the morning, the two ladies said they don't know about the shade thing and they wanted me to visit again when Lea is come back to home. So I had to visit there later after tour, that is all. Also you said you did nice to us, well, there is no chance, because we didn't have any contact, except when I asked it for.
Secondly, the room was really dirty. When we get there we had to dust off from every cover, and what we see is hairs belongs to formal residents. It means they didn't wash it all. If you call that clean, I guess you are right. Moreover, when I took off the cover of mattress, there are lots of stains you don't want to imagine. Also I have to point out the hole in the mattress which seems like bed bug live inside. If it was usual, then, that is the problem.
Thirdly, Wifi. you said it works except when you watch movies? I say it was hardly connected. I don't want to argue with this issue, because other guests already mentioned about it.
Also I don't understand why you don't say about your lift when you give me this 'full of lie' comment. I don't want you to sorry about it, but at least you should admit the fact you were too lazy to update your room explanation.(It is still says that you have elevator which doesn't say it is broken)
Lastly, before you call people rude, impatient, arrogant, disrespectful, not considering others, and selfish, you have to contact with them. You barely see me in the face.(I only saw two ladies who don't know how things going on and one guy who only gave us few introduction)
I am not trying to insult you, but only want to share my experience. You don't need to mad at me because I gave you negative feedback. It was all true(unlike your feedback which is untruthful because you felt hurt), and ruined my tour in the beautiful city, Paris.
p.s. I wish you comment on this feedback, Either you admit your fault and apologize about this lies, or defend yourself.
