I appreciate Soraya's feedback although its painful to get confronted with all the issues which happened during her stay. Its the worst situation for a host... trying to provide the best possible service, to offer a perfectly set up apartment and there is one guest party who experiences issues which can happen during 2 years - but happen within one week. Whenever one issue was managed - another one turns up.
I never experienced a problem with internet but finally a Sky Engineer had to come to solve the problem. It took a day to get him to the apartment and I wished it would have been quicker.
2 days before Soraya arrived we changed the lock of the front door to offer an easier access to the building. The key cutter needed 2 more days to receive the security keys and I was able to offer Soraya more keys after 3 days. I completely understand that it was inconvenient.
I wished I would have known the boiler issue earlier to send an emergency engineer. Meanwhile it is running perfectly well.
I am terribly sorry, Soraya, and I hope to have the chance to show you another time that I can do much better.
