Great place to stay! Location was close to many places, and the building security is really nice. Also great that it includes parking! Served us well on our first visit to Chicago!
A lovely loft, located right in the middle of downtown Chicago with easy access to many of the city's subways and railway stations. It is spacious, nicely decorated, clean and has everything, actually more than, you need to get by. The views from the balcony are astonishing, especially at evening time. The hosts are really friendly and helpful and respond quickly to any questions. The railway station can be quite noisy, so we would recommend the light sleeper to take the main bedroom and not the second bedroom which is located on the railway side. Staying in this loft made our stay in Chicago very comfortable and we would recommend it to everyone!
Amazing, spacious loft in a very central location. Excellent hosts with great communication. Very considerate front lobby staff. I could not ask for more. I would recommend the Lindsays' loft to anyone without hesitation.

My husband, 10 month old son and I stayed at Mitch and Kesa's for several nights. We feel incredibly lucky to have found this place!
The loft is very spacious and comfortable. And as others have mentioned, it is clean and tastefully decorated, including some great artwork throughout. It is very conveniently located - only a 2 min walk to the nearest 'L' train stop, and there's a fantastic market across the way. Mitch and Kesa were out of town but were very pleasant to deal with over the phone and were very accommodating when we our travel plans were derailed due to hurricane Sandy. Mitch also made himself available to us by phone during our stay. We had a great time in Chicago largely because we had a such a great place to come home to each night.
A really beautiful apartment, spacious, great view, tastefully decorated, and clean. But there are only three beds, the fourth person had to sleep on the sofa.
Stayed in Mitch & Kesa's apartment with a colleague for 4 nights in June and could not reconmmend it more highly. Perfectly located for us (just by the Merchandise Mart), spotlessly clean, beautifully equipped with every facilty one would need (and plenty of domestic appliances we two fellows didn't! need) and extremely comfortable.
This is a fantastic place. It's super clean and tastefully decorated. Plenty of space. HOnestly, the balcony and the view were not the amenities I thought they might be as i found it a bit disconcerting for some reason, but even so, I felt so lucky to be here. So close to downtown and in such a more interesting location than downtown proper. They were thoughtful hosts in-absentia and were responsive when I had questions. This is about the same rate per night as the cheapest place I've ever stayed downtown: the Holiday Inn above the Tribune building, which is just across the river. There, $160 gets you a small room with a no-open window, no kitchen, no sitting area, and a long "commute" just to the outside world. This was infinitely bettere, could have been enough room for my small family, had I brought them along, and was cheaper in so far as I could cook for myself. An excellent choice.
My husband, daughter and I stayed at Mitch and Kesa's home over the Thanksgiving holiday. Their loft is light and airy with many wonderful artistic touches. We enjoyed our stay immensely and hope to return in the future.
Kesa and her group were a pleasure to host. Very easy to communicate with and left the place in immaculate condition. A++ Thanks again Kesa, you're welcome back any time!
Mitch and Kesa are great people. I met Mitch at his store in Wicker Park and we have become friends from then. We have known each other about 2 years now. Mitch is a great cook and enjoys traveling all over the country, especially to Nashville. He probably cooks his guests breakfast on a regular basis. Top reasons to hang with them. Good company, lots of fun, Great food and taste!
I have known Mitch for many years. He's a great friend and business partner. An amazing individual in all aspects of life.
