Tom's place was exactly what we needed for our 3 night stay in Austin. The house was very clean and the location was within walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants. Tom was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay at his bungalow again.
Awesomely little apartment with great newly decorated interior! So quiet at night and a super comfy bed! Located near all the places we love in Austin. ABGB Brewery with live music was a highlight, Lick ice cream and even had a great hair cut at Frenchy's salon up the street. The bikes were fantastic, we rode every day and didn't have to worry about parking in all the busy areas of town.
One of our most fabulous vacations. Thank for a great stay!
We had a wonderful time staying here. Great location, super cute house with all the amenities you need, and nice hosts! We loved the bikes.
Tom was a great host. He made wonderful recommendations to me and my brothers as we stayed in Austin for a couple of days. Bikes (2) and bike locks were provided for us as we wanted to bike around Soco, the river, and downtown area. This is how I recommend any future tenant to view Soco and downtown. He also let us use an air mattress when ours failed. The place was pristine and clean. I will certainly contact Tom again when I visit Austin.
We booked a last minute stay and could not have been more pleased with the super great cottage! It was so stylish and comfortable. Plenty of room and great hosts!
Tom was very welcoming, we are actually in complimentary fields so we even chatted a bit about the work that we do. He was accommodating in both check-in and check-out times.
The bungalow was exactly as had been described, the bikes were useful, and the location was superb. It's right across from a park, and within walking distance of South Congress which is a great place to grab a drink, go shopping, or get a bite to eat. The kitchen gave our mornings a taste of home and our lives a nice touch of regularity as we spent the entire week running around town.
Of all my airbnb experiences this ranks as the highest thus far, I can't recommend Tom high enough. Enjoy Austin!
