I'm a writer in town to research a series I'm working on for HBO. Very clean, quiet, reliable and laid-back.
Bryce was a very nice guest. He left the place very clean.
Bryce took great care of the apartment. And was a great guest. We had an issue with a leaky sink. And he was very gracious about it. I would certainly host him again.
Wonderful guests! Self sufficient and easy to communicate with. Respectful of the unit and house rules! Highly recommended to any and all. Always welcome back!
Bruce was great! Kept the place nice and clean
Bryce has stayed at my place several times. He is always great. I recommend having him as your guest
Bryce was an excellent guest, easy to talk to, clean, and great communicator. I would be happy to host him anytime.
Bryce is a great guest. It was his second time staying with me. He always leaves things in good order and is very easy to communicate with. I recommend him as a tenant.
Bryce was great! He was low maintenance and left our place in perfect shape. Can't wait to have him back!
Bryce was great - super easy to work with and a great guest. Thanks!
I lagged a bit on cleaning linens and tried expedite for him, which I apologized for, leaving linens in wash. This was definitely my snafu. I did, however, not find the state of things to be particularly great upon my return. Things were not a terrible mess, but furniture was moved around and left there, there was a sanitary napkin left in the bin/women's blood stains left on the toilet seat from a (surprise/last minute) additional guest that was sprung upon me (the day of check-in, I was in an awkward position with a question of if it's OK to have a second guest not included in the original booking, which I could only say "yes" to as I am not sure about leaving people at the mercy of Hollywood hotels). This might not have irked me so much had the trash been taken out and the numerous shopping bags discarded, as well as if the air conditioner hadn't been left running full-blast with the windows open (which I discovered upon my return home after a bit of a harrowing trip myself). I would like to think that, based on Bryce's prior positive reviews (which are what I based my decision to book him), this was just a snafu on his part, so I am just going to say that this was not quite what I had expected from someone with such a glittering set of reviews. I am a bit disappointed and feel silly for having felt so terrible for my lapse on the linens after all of the above. I should have definitely been more on top of that on my end, but I felt a little disrespected upon my return home from my trip. Yes, I do have weekly maid service that comes, but I don't think that's a reason to assume it's OK to leave someone's home this way.
Update: Bryce left me a very scathing, retaliatory review after I wrote the above, so this is good to not as well. He claims in his review that my place was so filthy and disgusting that he spent hardly any time there, but I should note that my Netflix viewing history (from my Roku player, which is available for use in the apartment) shows he watched 6 solid hours of Breaking Bad, 2 episodes of Portlandia, 2 episodes of Parks and Rec., 107 minutes of the movie, "Far From Heaven", and 103 minutes of the 80s cult film, "Heathers". When added all together, according to Netflix, Bryce spent a total of 10 hours in my supposedly filthy place watching TV. Something to keep in mind. If he doesn't like your honest review, instead of admitting he might have made a mistake, he will just right a nasty, highly personalized one of you.
