Great house, great location, and very welcoming host! Highly recommended. It was like I was part of the family!
Our stay was amazing. Toni is a gracious host. She welcomed us with some coffee and lunch. Made breakfast daily. Even did our laundry and folded it away. The room is cozy and clean. Location is central to most activities. Lovely neighborhood. I would strongly recommend staying there.
Toni was extremely nice and hospitable. I stayed at her place for 3 nights while on Maui for a friend's wedding. My flight wasn't till later in the evening and she was very flexible and allowed me to check out much later than I was supposed to. Although there is no wifi, there are nearby locations such as starbucks that have wifi access. Her place is clean and in a central location. I would definitely recommend this place.
Toni is a wonderfully gracious and generous host. Her house is comfortable and welcoming. I was a first time visitor to Maui and had a wonderful time, due in large measure to Toni's hospitality. As a native of the island she has great advice about what to see, how to get there, and where not to go. Her B&B was a perfect fit for me!
the best stay ever even better than 5 star hotel with very friendly host and real Hawaiian hospitality.
The house location was perfect and convenience from any direction on the island (15 min from Kihei is my favorite part )and also plenty of parking spot. The house itself was incredibly design plenty of windows and located on top of the hill with the view of the ocean.
The sound of brewing coffee in the morning is the best sound before your start of any Hawaiian activity which is mostly happen in the morning. Definitely looking for to stay at this place for future visit to Maui.
Great stay in Maui ever!!!!!
Toni is very gregarious and helpful with a wealth of information about places to go on Maui. Her home is comfortable and centrally located on the island. A great value!
Toni is generous and the room was comfy. at the last minute I had to stay one night near the airport after my blissy week in Hana, and Toni welcomed me into her home.
Prepare to be spoiled by this energetic and talkative host!
The coffee is brewing, the patio doors are open, and the fridge & pantry are full. Tony (the host) is a wealth of local knowledge, who can direct your pallet to the best of local eateries or to the finest of dining experiences.
Centrally located, all island destinations are easily within reach. This cozy accommodation is perched above the bustle of the hotter valley below, lending itself to trade wind breezes, bird choruses, and an impressive volcanic vista. The home's main washroom is exclusively yours to use, barring any laundry emergencies. The stand-up shower would be a contortion for two. No wireless internet is provided, but there's currently a non-encrypted 'open' neighborly access point within reach, with standard high-speed download rates (not that I endorse such an inclination, just saying...). Both rooms do not allow much room to circumnavigate the beds - drawer and closet space is provided, albeit limited - couples traveling with checked luggage in tow may have issue here in sharing a room. The decor is a busy eclectic meld of Asian & Southern flare, where every trinket has a story and meaning. The home rests content in it's original mid-1980's trim. The yard is impressive in size, but lacks the manicured invite to sprawl in sun-worship: there's more appeal to stretch out on the deck instead.
With numerous beaches, shopping, dining & play within minutes of the front door, this spot proved to be the smart point of daily departure & rest. And with the warmth and hospitality of my host, Tony, my stay here proved no differently, for I've made a friend :)
After fleeing from the nauseatingly-touristy West Maui resort area, I was incredibly fortunate to stay with Toni for two nights! She was an excellent hostess and provided a lot of insight into local life around Wailuku town. After a brief orientation, I struck off on my own for adventure, and Toni's hospitality was an excellent way to wrap up the day!
