Response from Bartolomeo:
Let's be clear about this: I rent my place on airbnb since more than one year and I've had more than 40 happy guests. Check out the other reviews, also those about my apartment and you'll judge by yourself. The worst of this review is that the guest didn't communicate any of her concerns during her staying, just waited to be gone to make her complains, so that I was unable to help her in any way.
As you can see in the picture the apartment, old but renovated two years ago, is not fancy, like the quarter where is located. But everything is clean and in good state, otherwise I couldn't have had so many other guests enjoying my place so far. I just put new pictures of the bathroom and the staircase, so you can judge by yourself on their state.
So if you're looking for an elegant super modern central place this might not be the right choice for you: my place is for those who search for a genuine experience of the city life, especially for young people that can appreciate the area. In fact what Magali offensively calls 'Pakistani immigrant's square' is a melting pot area, like Belleville in Paris or Kreutzberg in Berlin, you can find many articles on the internet to understand what it is like.
It is at 3 kilometers from Termini Central Station, so it takes maximum 15 minutes to get there. The place is connected to the city center by four bus lines, three tram lines and a train. The tram pass every 5 minutes and the bus every 10/15 minutes.
Last thing: the apartment is shared with me, the owner, so yes, you can expect to find some of my stuff in the bathroom and we will have to share the kitchen, as this is not an hotel but a real living place!
Ask for anything else, I'll be happy to respond about all the details you might need to know.
