When i'm not welcoming guests at our house, I walk to work at the Harvard Museum of Natural History.

Blue and John are very welcoming and accommodating hosts who offer a wealth of knowledge about the Cambridge area/Harvard. Their home is on a quiet, tree-lined street and conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurants and about a 12-15 min walk to Wasserstein Hall (Law). There are two spacious rooms on the 3rd level with a shared bathroom which may take some getting used to. I didn't have breakfast during my week stay but the coffee was good!
We had a lovely stay in the spacious studio with high ceilings, windows looking out in the treetops, comfortable love seat in the studio to sit and read or watch TV. Excellent hot breakfasts with conversation with our hosts and guests. Enjoyed walking in the neighborhood of handsome shingle houses to nearby Porter Square T-stop (with bus and commuter rail connections) and interesting nearby restaurants and shops.
Great location - warm welcome - very nice breakfast - good family atmosphere
