This was only the 2nd time I've ever cancelled a reservation (in over 4 years). I did not feel comfortable as I discovered that neither phone nor text communication was possible with this guest, and email communication had not been reliable. Also, our efforts to communicate about my concerns did not go smoothly. Probably this guest is a very good guest, but, because of my cats, I felt ill at ease and did not want to take a risk.
