Elisabeth was very kind. Her house was clean, spacious, not far away from the Ohio University. Transport facilities are very accessible from the house. I recommend her.
Elizabeth is such a nice lady. We arrived there late and thought this really disturbed her schedule but she was still absolutely friendly to us. Everything was explained clearly. Most important, the kitchen and the bedroom are great. We love it here, and it is definitely going to be our first choice for next time.
Elizabeth made us feel very welcome by being hospitable throughout the renting process and in her attention to details once we arrived in Columbus. The house was orderly and clean, and pretty large for just 4 people, which was nice. The neighborhood gets pretty roudy during OSU(website hidden)GameDay, but that was expected. It was nice having a convenience store across the street. For a couple, or even a small group, who is looking to stay near campus and wanting to experience being in an OSU neighborhood during their stay, I highly recommend this house. I would stay again next time we're in town!
Elizabeth was very welcoming and provided a lot of information about the house from the very beginning. It felt like she had the process down to a science! She was very responsive and made me feel great about staying at her place.
The house itself is large, clean and was exactly what we were looking for!
The bedrooms were spacious, sheets were clean and all of the bedding was comfortable.
The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, plates, cups, glasses and silverware. There was coffee, tea and common condiments as well - which was great because we didn't have to buy anything extra during our trip.
Overall a great experience.
Staying with Liz was simple and convenient. I appreciated her quick communication, although we never met. She was courteous and helpful, offering her fresh herbs on the back porch for our personal cooking use. The house is spacious with high sealings. Three lovely bedrooms grace the upstairs and a neat living area and kitchen on the main floor were more than enough room for myself and two employees. Definitely in the heart of student housing, but had no issues with noise or otherwise. Would recommend!
We had an overall good experience staying at this 3-bedroom house. We really enjoyed having a kitchen, which was well stocked with enough pots and pans for the basics. The living room was also a great place to gather and visit, spacious enough for our group. The three bedrooms were very accommodation. The shower was hot. The kitchen was clean. We were really excited to find the noise maker in one of the front bedrooms, as the neighborhood got quite loud and rowdy around 2:00am.
Even though this apartment is one of three units, we never heard any of the other tenants.
Liz emailed me handy, accurate, timely information. I appreciate the time she has put into her listing. Liz was quick to reply when we texted her questions. She had great dinning advice!
We were a conveniently only a few minutes from Short North Arts District. The location was supper handy for dinning and shopping.
The only significant disappointment was a miscommunication in regards to parking. We originally parked on the street, but were given the finger and yelled at by a couple neighbors who watched us park. We then parked in the Soussy Market/Suzi Q's parking lot as we had been expressly told by Liz via email that “We are permitted to use that (Soussy Market/Suzi Q’s parking lot) lot at any time.” Unfortunately the next day yellow slips were left on our vehicles telling us our cars would be towed. We texted Liz to clarify that we were permitted to park in the parking lot and she texted back that we could park on the street. There wasn’t any street parking available and we didn’t feel that our vehicles would be safe parked on the busy street. We moved our cars to the opposite side of the parking lot, and then left a few hours later. We left earlier than we had planned to, because of the parking issue, but it wasn’t that big of a deal, just a miscommunication.
The neighborhood didn’t appear very safe. There was lots of trash, broken glass, loiterers, and yelling. The house was easy to secure. We kept all doors and windows locked and dead bolted at all times.
The location of this house was handy for our weekend plans. Liz was a great host. The listing for this rental was accurate.
Elizabeth was a wonderful host and we were lucky to have found her listing. The house was as described and in a perfect location for everything we needed. Elizabeth was prompt and clear in her instructions with the house and we had everything we needed, including a great time.
Great place. Very spacious.
We loved this very charming house. The host provided plenty of linens and personal care items. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes and glassware and had a nice selection of coffee and tea. My first experience with Airbnb was a great one
Host was super helpful with good communication. The place served its purpose for our short 2 night stay. May not be ideal for small rambunctious toddlers due to a very steep staircase but our 2.5 year old did fine with it and it was nice to have a crib. Easy to drive to where we needed to go from the location and the convenience store across the street came in handy. Lots of street parking too. The bathtub and towels could use some checking, but we informed the host so all should be okay in the future.
Liz and Harold were a delight to host. Great couple! The place was left clean and tidy. They are welcome back anytime!
Elizabeth was a great guest. Very tidy and excellent communication. I would welcome her back any time!
Thank you so much for your reservation. We hope, you have enjoyed your stay at Cape Coral in our home.
Elizabeth was wonderful to work with - completely reliable and efficient. It was very easy to make all of the arrangements with her and I could tell from the beginning that she would be a good guest. She and her family took good care of my house and I'd welcome them back any time!
Elizabeth was a great guest, always welcome and highly recommended! I would definitely host again, and other hosts should feel comfortable renting! A+
Elizabeth and Harold were marvelous guests at my house! They kept me informed on their itinerary, showed up on time, and were a delight to talk with. They were respectful of the property, and able to successfully navigate the various characters and venues of the town, which is not always easy. Highly recommended to all and any AirBnb hosts!
Elizabeth was really nice and thoughtful. She left the apt very clean. We highly recommend her to other hosts of airbnb.
