I am an attorney, I do international law, and I travel frequently for work.
My apartment is frequently available for short stays. I like to keep my home neat and clean. I like to have responsible people over who are respectful and understanding. I like to get to know people from international and diverse cultures, and I pride myself in being a globetrotter. I have been to China, India, UK, UAE, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Thailand and Switzerland. (Switzerland is my favorite country), and I would love to keep adding more countries to that list. I love to travel, to see new places and to enjoy the culture of a new city or town, and meet new friends from across the globe. In a new city, I would love to go to new restaurants, the theater, museums, and do all the touristy stuff.
My motto in life is to enjoy life to the fullest, and stay away from excessive attachment, ego and expectation.
Note: The law currently limits the amount that can be charged towards rent for the premises which are the listings by me. Services, taxes and fees are charged for in addition to the rent and the price paid by you reflects the aggregate of all charges, including rent. Every effort is made to ensure that the total amount charged is equal to the rent plus the price of services passed on to the guest, so that I am not out of pocket for any services enjoyed by the guest. However, the price of the listing has to be specified in advance, and the price of services cannot be known till later. Accordingly, although every effort is made to ensure that there is no surplus, any surplus will be donated to charity. To be democratic in this, guests can message me to let me know if there is a particular charity guests have a preference for, I will endeavor to ensure that these preferences are taken into account to donate to, as and when possible, if there is a surplus. To be absolutely clear, I will never receive any amount in rent, in excess of the rent I pay to my landlord, that is the law and I comply with it.
