It is with deepest regret that I have to cancel your forthcoming booking. Unfortunately, this is beyond my control as I have had an issue with the heating system and escape of water at my property.
This has caused extensive damage and the whole heating system and piping are to be replaced, including carpets and flooring of one of the bedrooms.
I was hoping for all remedial works to be completed within the next few days, however, the engineer and builders cannot guarantee this at the moment
I know how disappointing this maybe to you but it is of course very frustrating for me too.
I have had to take the decision of not accepting any bookings until all works are completed.
Please accept my sincere apology and hope you are not too inconvenienced on this occasion.
