sono attrice e giornalista, amo roma e amo viaggiare!
My husband and I stayed a week in Cati's apartment, and really fell in love with Pigneto. We went into central Rome a few times (even walked to Travestere), but always wanted to go back to Pigneto to enjoy the many bars and delicious options for aperitivo. The apartment was in a great location to walk everywhere in Pigneto, and it had everything we needed, including a very efficient air conditioning! Cati was very responsive and helpful, and was nice to wait for us after we arrived an hour later than we were supposed to.
Cati was very nice and waited for us for about an hour (we got lost on our way). She gave us all the information we needed for our stay.
The neighborhood was a bit noisy sometimes but we can find a lot of nice bar and restaurant within a 5 minutes walk.
Cati's place was great for a few days, small but nicely decorated, a cool haven after scorching sun and the hordes of tourists. It is located in a very nice district called Pigneto with a real nice and funky local vibe, without it being all gentrified. What we call a locals hang out ;-) Great pizza, aperitif, coffee with a cornetto and delicatessen just around the corner and still easy to get around the must sees of Rome. Highly recommended!
A pleasant stay. Cati was helpful on providing quick info about Rome. Her response is very quick to if we message her. Unit is clean & well decor. Recommended
Thanks a lot Cati!!!
Cati's mini flat is a perfect place for a short staying in Rome. Cati is a great host, very helpful and a sweet person. Her flat is very nice decorated and situated. Pigneto area is one of the best areas in the city! We loved everything about it. So, film, music, food enthusiasts go for it! Grazie, Cati. Best, Anja and Ales
Many thanks! It has been a pleasure to host you!
The flat is in a scenic part of town, and the host will take reasonably good care of you. The flat is well furnished, but also has a lot of her personal effects as well, so there really isn't too much space.
All in all, it's a nice place to stay, and getting to places isn't too difficult. It did become worrisome, at times, to travel at night since it's densely inside a suburban area, but planning around it wasn't too difficult given the duration of our stay.
Host is very reasonable and understanding, and will work with you to resolve most issues.
Cati was so sweet and accommodating! She left one day late for vacation because we were coming late. Her apartment was clean and unique. We were very comfortable. It was our favorite apartment on our trip! It is a 4 floor walk up which was fine since we only stayed 2 nights but that was really the only problem. The small terrace is a really nice touch and very nice to sit out on. It was a quick 10 minute walk to the Vatican and across the street was a really great Roman restaurant Cati recommended. Overall a really great experience.
