Beth was a wonderful host. She was generous, informative and a pleasure to talk with and get to know. She is a fabulous cook and gave me some delicious home preserves to take home.
Her house is beautiful, comfortable, conveniently located, and in a lovely area. I had a large, comfortable bedroom and a clean, spacious bathroom to myself. The bedroom had a window AC and a ceiling fan so I could control the temperature. With access to her modern kitchen and lovely dining room, I could have prepared all my meals there but my circumstances did not allow that. The neighborhood had elegant homes with luxurious southern landscaping and a park so a morning jog was a visual joy as well as a physical stimulus. I felt welcomed, relaxed and safe.
If her home is still available, it is the first place I will consider on my next trip to Savannah.
First experience in using AirBnb. The house is beautiful and elegant just as the title. Free coffee and wine, Beth is really nice person. I am a student of SCAD, and it's my first time been here. I have no any of idea of this town, beth recommend some area and helped me to find the house which I am living now, safe and really nice area. It's definite the first choice if you want visite here. Thanks.
This was my first experience with Airbnb, and i'm really pleased.
Beth was really nice, she received us with a nice bottle of wine!
Her house its really cute, full of antiques and has good location. In Savannah you have to take taxi or drive, the house its less than 10 minutes away from the downtown area.
We were really happy !!!
Lovely home in a great area. Beth gave me a great tip about an architecture tour that I really enjoyed. She was also great to talk to as I was trying to pick her brain about Savannah since I plan on moving there soon. The location was just a short drive from the lovely downtown. Beth had a great bottle of wine waiting for me and had some breakfast for me one morning. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend her house for anyone wanting to stay away from the traditional tourist hotels. Come to Savannah and see her beautiful home and neighborhood!
Beth is a great and generous host. We enjoyed getting to know her & hearing her advice about Savannah, especially during the busy St. Patrick's Day weekend. The room was comfortable and clean, with a great view of a sunny garden. I'd recommend staying with Beth at her lovely home.
Beth was a gracious host- friendly, helpful and accommodating. Good location and free wine!
This is the second time in three months that I stayed at Beth's house. Beth and I became good friends. It was hard to leave! I liked Savannah even more this time around. Beth is a great host, and a kind and generous person. Her house is beautiful, and one feels at ease there. Beth's doggies are so sweet, too! The house is very conveniently located. It's very close to the historic downtown, on the one hand, and to shopping of all kinds, on the other. In addition the neighborhood is great if you just want to relax, get away from the hustle and bustle, and take a walk along the beautiful nearby streets.
Quiet neighborhood, beautiful house and bedrooms, close to downtown (10 minutes or so). We had a great time and will be back!
Beth's house is a perfect place to stay when visiting Savannah. It is minutes away from the Historic District, in a beautiful neighborhood, and one feels like coming home after a day of walking and taking in the gorgeous sites of Savannah and its history - this house is great for processing what you have absorbed during the day. Beauty is one of the most important and influential things in our lives, and this house is abundant in beauty that nurtures the senses, yet makes one comfortable and relaxed. Beth is an interesting person, and a great conversationalist, and for me the dynamics of autonomy and connection worked out very well. Beth's place is conducive to finding one's center and balance, and she is a great source of information about the city.
My mother and I stayed with Beth for 4 nights during our trip to Savannah in April. Beth's accommodations were clean and comfortable in a charming house on a gorgeous street in Savannah. The location was a convenient 2-minute drive to downtown and Beth had a number of excellent recommendations on places to see and eat. I definitely recommend staying with Beth if you are looking for a convenient, comfortable and quiet location while in Savannah.
beth was a great guest. friendly and neat.
