David was incredible. Upon arriving he gave me a tour of the house and was incredibly pleasant. Through the stay david went well above and beyond what any one would expect from a host, being in dire need of housing david was able to put me in contact with some good leads on housing. The room was fantastic, david was very generous, open, and relaxed. Truly gracious host.
We had an amazing time at David's house. He is a wonderful host. The house is so beaufiful and clean and the neighborhood is so nice and quiet. The deers and the wild turkeys embellish the property and create a trully unique background. It was by far our best Air bnb experience.
A truly unique experience. Secluded and private. Deer and wild turkey's grace the property. Prime location close to town yet you feel like you are miles from anyone. The hospitality shown by David was top notch. All of the amenities of your own home. Don't hesitate, this is the place to stay.
David is a very gracious host. We arrived late at night and he accommodated and welcomed us in his house. Its a quaint place with an attention to detail. It was very refreshing to sit down and talk about architecture and design (with him) for hours.
The house has a very nice living room and backyard. The bedroom is exactly as shown in pictures. It was clean and tidy and the mattress very comfortable. There was ample light in the morning and just relaxing to sit outside, night or day. All in all, one of the better stays for us on Airbnb.
David was a perfect host and we felt very welcome in his home. The room was lovely, very clean and showed a lot of love for the details. Thanks again David!
We had a great night by David! Very good room/bed/bathroom! David had good tips for us for winning and diner.
Pleasant stay. If I come back to this area, I'd definitely stay at David's residence again. It's a nice quiet area close to Morro Bay, Paso Robles Wine Country, and San Simeon Hearst Castle.
David is a kind, friendly, and hospitable host and his place was clean, private, and relaxing.
Down the street, there's a lavendar farm called Gray's Lavender farm - they have fresh eggs in a fridge on the side of the road that you can buy via the honor system. There's also a really good burger place called Sylvester's (try the buffalo or elk burgers - really good!)
David and his absolutely Charming Home was exactly what I needed for my soul. His neighborhood was quiet including the deer running around the large ranch style yard. This charming home is located close to St Hilaire Vineyard, owned by his dear friend (John Anderson) which is a must do. Join this exclusive Wine Club! If you love all kinds of burgers (including Buffalo, Elk and grass fed Hearst Beef), go to Sylvesters down the street. Chicken and Turkey too! David is extremely knowledgeable, down to earth and is a gracious host.
Location is perfect, thanks David.
Oh, local honey is right down the street, leave your money in an outside box and grab your choice of different flavors of Honey. Unheard of these days, right? That's the kind of place 'Atascadero' is. Whether your'e a motorcyclist or just driving thur, you vehicle is very safe.
Buddy his cat is precious and as kind as David.
