Unfortunately, when someone pays a rental for a property, the person has a RIGHT to expect EVERYTHING is working! Why can't I complain when the Aircon is not working, why can't I complain when the whole room is stinky from the bathroom so much so that sleep is affected by the stinky smell, why can't I complain when after one shower, the drainage is blocked. We turn on the noisy fan when the Aircon wasn't working. Why can't I complain about the noise. Unfortunately, nothing was done to the fan.
When I complained about these issues, Joseph has the cheek to say that he didn't know these issues until someone complained. Why don't you check your property to ensure that it is in a good condition for rental?
I wonder what are the other complaints when he said "the list goes on". What I complained was all stated.
Wake up! We don't stay for free. We pay rental and please learn to respect that people have a right to demand reasonable accomodation. When I met Joseph who came into the apartment with workmen to fix the Aircon, he had an arrogant attitude that told me that he was not happy with those issues I brought up.
If you want to run such business, please learn to accept that Customers Come First. Be grateful that these issues were brought up so that the next guests will not encounter such issues again.
I have stayed at other Airbnb accomodation and have not had such bad review from a host!
