HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The house is located in a lively section of Montreal. Very close to restaurants, bars, and a great night life seen. Diane was a tremendous host. Excellent communication from reservation request all the way to when we departed her fabulous house. I will be recommending Diane and this house to all friends and family visiting Montreal. We had a party of 6 for a bachelor party and this house is just what we needed. Thank you so much, Diane!!
Diane was a great host, very friendly and welcoming once we met her upon our arrival. The apartment is precisely as advertised, spacious with lots of interesting art pieces. The location could not have been better, just a quick walk away from restaurants and bars. We were there as a large group for a bachelor party, rented the whole place and could not have been happier with our overall experience. Will definitely recommend to friends & family. A+++
The apartment was perfect for our group and in an amazing location. Diane's son Fred was very helpful in greeting us and very accommodating. Highly recommend this place.
While the apartment showed nicer than what the reality was, the apartment was relatively clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Don't expect 5 star accommodations (more like 3), this is an older apartment and it shows. Still, the location is close walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants. Diane and her son were very polite and helpful people. I personally might chose a place that a little more updated, but for the price you can't beat this rental.
We had a very good experience at this place. Diane was an extremely welcoming and accommodating host. The place is beautiful and the location couldn't be better. I booked the entire place for a big groups of friends and everyone was very happy with the house. Highly recommended.
Merci infiniment Matéo

Diane's apartment was ideal for us, large and cozy and a warm retreat from the cold Montreal streets. Lots of good little stores all around for croissants, groceries, flowers. Good beds for sleeping, a good kitchen for cooking, lots of space for all of us to spread out. Diane met us when we arrived and was gracious and cheerful. Nothing we needed after that as the house works so well.
Diane was a gracious host easy to contact and delightful to coordinate with. The house was very functional, in a good location. I really liked how easy it was to use the home - we had keys in each door for all guest, had wifi and a land line - just things that make life easier when traveling. And, added bonus, the home has a really nice aesthetic. Plenty of art to enjoy. Thanks for a great weekend!
Diane's place is an absolutely beautiful, renovated turn-of-the-century building. Six of us (co-workers) stayed here for 4 days, and everyone had plenty of room and enjoyed themselves. The bedrooms are lovely, and the common spaces are inviting and wonderful to spend time in. We cooked in the kitchen and ate in, and always found what we needed. Diane is great at responding promptly to questions and was present both for check-in and check-out. She made sure we had everything we needed.
The location is also excellent; steps from St. Laurent in the Plateau. We ate a delicious breakfast at Juliette & Chocolat, and Schwartz's is just up the street. We walked to Mont Royal (about 30 mins following Ave des Pins) and climbed to the top of the mountain. The neighbourhood is eclectic and vibrant - very close to Place des Arts and walking distance from countless bars, shops, and cultural centres. I would stay here again, and I would recommend it to anyone who is visiting Montreal.
The apartment (top two floors) was wonderful! I rented out the whole place with six others for a week, while we were in Montreal for a conference.
It was extremely comfortable and classy -- both well furnished and well maintained. I would recommend staying there just for the art work. (oh naked bear-man...)
Diane was a very welcoming host, and her place was perfect for our group of eight. The house is ideally located for visitors to Montreal, and has an extremely cozy and charming atmosphere. Highly recommended.
