Thank You Gabriel, Happy to hear the apartment satisfied you. I did want to respond to the comment "Roxbury in not Nice". Everyone is entitled to their opinion and that would be yours. I own multiple properties throughout the city and in different neighborhoods, lived in the South End for 15 years which is one of the posher neighborhoods, but chose this neighborhood Fort Hill because it is amazing. Great neighbors and many properties in this neighborhood now sell for over 1 million. Property values have risen 20% this last year, higher than any other neighborhood in Boston. So much development happening here! Last week I listed an apartment for rent 2 blocks away had over 100 applicants wanting that apartment. Fenway Park, the Museum of Fine Arts, Longwood Medical(some of the best hospitals in the world) and about 10 highly ranked universities are all in the neighborhood. We also have many excellent restaurants and businesses. If you came looking for Disney with street sweepers nightly and polished everything, off season in winter is not always the best choice. Boston just had 7 feet of snow, highest ever recorded in history, so looking at the city it is very messy, only so much that can be done to make it "Nice". Spring is just around the corner, snow melting, street sweepers start next week, flowers popping.. so check back!
