Well ronald was unhappy. There are 2 sides to all storirs and i know the 100% satisfaction rating we have from all guests in the same room will tell its own story. I really regret ronald found these 3 matters of concern. No one else had in 3 years. I did replace the aircon within 12 hours of when he told me, although all the staff told me it was fine. The pool is airbnb's own pic. He can see what other guests say about that. The smell? Cleaning product. The cockroach? Yes, a dying one because we treat our rooms for pests every changeover. I'm very sorry you missed the airbnb period for cancellations ronald though i did tell you in time to apply for it. But i'm still sorry ronald, and i have already offered a few ways we hoped to make it up, like free nights accommodation in the future.
