I do not want to say bad things about guest,
he was the worst guest ever we want to alert.
DON'T ALLOW TO RENT.
He has claimed that he couldn't know house address.
-> We gave him enough information not only exactly Home Address but also "How to come to our house using Driving Maps and Google Street view"
He called us after 21:00 night and required to navigate to house.
->Our local Staff helped him and navigated him to our house which it took more than 1 hour.
Then he was still angry to our support and claimed our house.
He has claimed that there are no beds in a house.
->Our house info of Airbnb explaining that we are using Japanese Style futon and no beds. He wasn't understanding it and claimed again and again.
He has requested a refund.
-> We refused that request because all claim were not our responsibilities.
He was angry and made our local staff to be uncomfortable even our local staff helped him after mid night.
He is thinking Airbnb rent services as same as Hotel services.
I really really strongly warn every hosts not to rent your house to him.
Chen and his extended family were very low impact, and very considerate. Shared some awesome treats from Japan.
I would definitely welcome them back.
