I am a retired FSU professor and my wife is retired and as an artist. We are in Brooklyn to visit my son and his family who liv eon Berkley Place.
Guest was very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. I encountered no problems . Guest mentioned that the lighting is poor and no closet space. In the living room there are two ceiling fans with three halogen spotlights on each and a standing lamp in the corner. In the bedroom there is a ceiling fan with three 45 watt halogen bulbs and two standing shade lamps in corners of the room. Perhaps Steve did not realize that each fan has a dimmer on the wall switch? As for closet space , I can make room in the bedroom closet for future guests. If anyone is looking for perfection I suggest that they pay the extra 100 dollars a day (at least) and stay in a hotel outside of Park Slope. I do my best to accommodate my guests as the reviews mention.
