His experience culminates from two decades as a Chef In Europe, Asia, Micronesia, The Caribbean, Pacific Islands and the USA at some of the finest Hotels and Resorts in the world.

Michael is committed to serving others and has been a participant in the rescue, recovery and relief of those affected by 9/11. With the help of senior management

from Price, Waterhouse & Coopers LLP, fed hundreds at Ground Zero on the day of the event and the week following the tragic loss. Working together we aided many rescue workers, firemen and New Yorkers during those tough times.

Events by Snails & Quails(website hidden) and Michael K. Madigan Jr. are considered a one in a lifetime experience; it is his sincere wish and desire to create a gourmand evening. When Chef Michael has completed your evening it will be culinary decadence meets floral fantasy.

There are no limits the chef will test for his Clients …..so their Guests will be mesmerized by the craftsmanship, art and beauty of the finished product.
When Michael receives a commission, usually to decorate and prepare menus that express nature and locally harvested produce for lavish parties, Madigan begins by making sketches of his ideas in watercolor. After the client chooses a design, he prepares a proposal and drawings with the precision of an engineer.
