I'm originally from Poland and I have lived in the United States for twenty-five years now. I teach world literature and film at a university in Tennessee, and I direct the Globalization Forum. My other hometowns on this side of the pond included San Diego, Boston, Indianapolis, and Toronto. I like poetry, beaches, textiles, music, colors, plants, travels, and kind people, in no particular order. I have a daughter Karolina and we have a cat named Rysia and the funniest dog Brownie.
