The Jacuzzi did work, it was just set on 50, and due to the extreme cold temperatures, it would have been lower if it was broken. Thus, if the guest had operated the unit properly then the heat up at 5 degrees per hour would have occurred. All they had to do was to let it work over night and it would have heated up. Further, the guest dislodged the filter, and did not replace it or take it out thus limiting the water intake which further delayed the heat up. I did spend money to rent them a place with a spa AND a pool plus money to have the repair fix the filter, which i did not charge them for. Less damage leaves more money for more TV's. As for the resort place i rented for them, the front office closed at 6pm but the pool/spa remained open till 10pm. There was simply a lot of confusion.
