Let me just say I was so happy when they left!!!! They complained from the minute they arrived. First I didn't answer the door fast enough even though I was accommodating them with a very late arrival. The next morning they complained there was no breakfast and stated to me they were going to complain to airbnb that there was no breakfast. While they were still complaing about the breakfast they then complained that there was no toilet paper. I reminded them that in the house rules it states I don't provide toiletries including toilet paper. I proceeded to give them a complimentary roll of toilet paper and let them know to please provide your own and if they need me for anything please call. Two days later they called me and asked where I was. I assumed there was an issue so I promptly arrived. They stated they ran out of toilet paper. I reminded them that they need to supply there own. They then complained that the sheets on the bed aren't comfortable enough. After that they said the house was far from the bus stop even though it is 3 blocks away. The next day the new complaint was the stove wasn't functional. I turned the stove on with no problem. The next day they called and asked where I was. I arrived again ready for the new complaint. This time it was there was no house phone. I asked why you needed one when you just called me and they stated they didn't want to incur excessive charges on there phone. I think that they just can't be pleased even in a $500 a night hotel.
