What a joy meeting Anne ;-) We connected immediately, and I could see why she is getting such great reviews. Her place was perfect for an overnight stay, or longer. Comfortable...safe neighborhood and just lovely waking up to the chirping birds. Truly a memorable experience. Thanks Anne, wonderful meeting you and we shall stay in touch. xo

Anne's place was easy to get to in a calm, friendly neighborhood. The surroundings were absolutely gorgeous, and I am glad Anne encouraged me to visit the beach as well as the Guadalupe Dunes further north - spectacular hidden gems off the well-beaten trail. Anne is a great host & made me feel comfortable and welcome during my stay. My favorite thing about her place was the garden & the hummingbirds that thrive there.

Everything about my stay was incredible. Anne is a wonderful host who I really enjoyed talking to. Her home is cozy and very clean. She is also very determined to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. She took her time to recommend places that I should visit after I mentioned I was driving through PCH. Needless to say, I've visited the majority of the spots she recommended and I'm so happy I did. If you're short on time, at least go to the sand dunes which are a short drive…

The space: Lovely, quiet, well-accommodated, well-gardened, with cool books. The town: Guadalupe is the REAL California: a small town set among the broccoli fields between the hills and the sea. It's got excellent Mexican food (El Tapatio) and the dunes are otherworldly in their beauty. The butterfly groves/SLO and all that stuff are cool and nearby. If you're the hiking sort, please take Anne's recommendation and check out Point Sal. The company: Anne is among the most lovely human beings…

Anne was wonderful and we loved her place! We felt at home right away. The room was comfortable and she made it clear we could use her kitchen and living space as needed. Anne gave us her WiFi code and I caught up on work while sitting at her breakfast bar- such a lovely space! She made us feel welcome with wine, coffee and tea set out for our arrival. We enjoyed delicious yogurt, granola and toast for breakfast. She helped us plan our day and gave us great tips on travel.

A warm and inviting accommodation from a warm and inviting host. I appreciated Anne's thoughtfulness and great travel tips on places I could visit. I'm glad I made a pit-stop in Guadalupe. The dunes and beautiful shoreline are a must-see, and Oso Flaco Lake Park is a great trek to the beach.

Dear Anne, Nancy & I had a great time visiting with you and staying at your Airbnb --- you are a wonderful host and travel concierge! We learned so much from you about our SB and SLO County "backyard" dune and farming area that we hadn't really explored in the 40 years we've lived in the south county. We will definitely have to take the AMTRAK train and our bikes the next time we head to Guadalupe. We wish you well on your next adventures and hope to keep in touch so we can meet up and…

Anne welcomed me warmly. She really goes the extra mile with her hospitality. She kept the house tidy, clean, cozy, and quiet. She also puts chocolate on your pillow :) In the morning, she offered a yummy granola and toast breakfast. I really enjoyed getting to know her.
