Friends, please read all the reviews. During the 2 years I've never lied about what I offer with my home. I've never received a negative criticism either in this website or in others where I have published my house. There has been over 20 people whom passed through my home and now I have 20 new friends. Some have become good friends and even visited one guest in California. The apartment was cleaned by the maid before this last guest arrived, as every time. I rent the place, but she wasn't satisfied and wanted another cleaning. So, I sent another company to clean the place. I never leave food, rather suggest the best place to purchase food yourself. I do not understand how she could say the lights did not work? The apartment has more than 40 illuminating track lights, it's very inviting. The kitchen faucet has a small leak, nothing serious. When it was bought to my attention I had it repaired immediatly. The biggest disappointment to her complaint is regarding the internet. She says there wasn't internet but didn't address the reason why. The service went out due to a very strong rainstorm that was days before she arrived. She asked me to handle the repair. In the meanwhile, I asked my neighbor if she could share wifi with my guest, because I knew her need to work. The internet company came several times to repair the broken cables, was not out for more than 3 days. I only asked her to say she was my friend if anyone asked because you will always get a warmer greeting from neighbors or building personnal. I really don't understand why she says she left the apartment 2 weeks early when she actually stayed until the last day. She had other personal problems during her stay that had nothing to do with my place, and obviously could not enjoy the beautiful place that is my apartment. Hopefully I can continue to provide my home with you. So many has enjoyed their stay, I would like to continue to offer the same to future residents. Any questions I'm here to help.
