I moved from Canada to NYC in 2007. I love the city life, but for vacations the quieter more remote places, pretty much the exact opposite of NYC tend to be my preference.
Unfortunately I'm completely agree with Clayton.
Missa is very nice and real care about her guests. But she cannot do any with f8cking music from downfloor.
Pro: the location.
1.Since the renter is moving out the apartment is essentially empty at this point, the photo does NOT accurately represent the apartment.
2. In terms of cleanliness I'd give it a grade of C-,
many surfaces covered with grime (gross sticky, blackened
deposits on the sink of the bathroom).
3. The NOISE was RIDICULOUS, the apartment is directly located above a bar which pumped out annoyingly cheesy
rock music at an ABSURD VOLUME. If you rent this place on
a weekend you will not sleep.
Thanks for renting from us!

I was apprehensive, but need not have been. When I walked into my
place, I could barely tell that it had been occupied. Misaa can come
back to my place any time - hopefully for a longer stay!
What a really lovely person!!! A terrific guest.. We would love to have her again:)
Great couple, left the place very clean and tidy, they had a great Christmas time here....
Misaa was a pleasure to host, although they stayed only one night, they left the apartment in perfect condition, they even did the dishes before they left! Hope to host you again guys!
