Thank you for your review. I am really sorry about the non availability of any apartment for your early check - in. All my apartments were running full occupancy and there were no early check - out (before 12 noon). The guest ( Praval Singh) was occupying the apartment & delayed his check out - time beyond 12pm. This is an apartment and not a Hotel/Resort.
Direction: The bright Yellow Building on the Colva Road is clearly visible.
Internet: The guest in one of the apartment who had checked in on the same day had turned off the repeater, there is a note next to the switch not to turn off the switch.
Check in - Check out Time: Is clearly mentioned on the itinerary as I could not extend it as I had another reservation coming in. I could only store your bags. The door is opened only after there is no answer to the knocking on the door. and we ask the guest to allow to clean the room to get it ready for the next guest who has to check in at 3pm. If there is no reservation than I don't mind extending the check out time.
Elevator: Most of the guest are here to relax and they ask to keep the elevator shut off to eliminate the noise from the elevator and opening and closing of the elevator door. I don't have a bellman too.
The apartment contain basic linen no additional linen is provided, please note this an apartment and not a hotel. I don't provide with amenities you find in the hotel room. I cannot help with the mosquitoes since they are present all over Goa also I don't provide with mosquito repellent as some guest are allergic to it and I don't want to be responsible towards the guest allergy. Also there are 2 chairs for the dining table which are kept closer to widow. Many of my guest did not find the apartment complex rundown I am not sure what type of complex you are comfortable with. Maybe the utensils are old I will change them the apartment is occupied 90% of the year usually when I have a long term guest I change them if they wish to. For 1 Night I don't ask since most of the guest don't cook.
I have had guest who stay in this complex for 6 months, guest who work from the apartment, guest who search for jobs by living in the apartment, guest who claim it as second home to be away in the harsh winters in their countires and most of them (99%) don't have any issues. 70% of my guest are American and the rest are Europeans, Australians, South Africans, Russians and very few Indians.
