Mixup with the keys but was very helpful and easy to reach. Great location. Enjoyed the stay very much.
Very nice and clean apartaments. Quiet location. Recomend for everyone
Holly's apartment was fantastic - exactly what we needed. Quiet and conveniently located, nicely appointed and close to great restaurants. Holly was such an obliging host, leaving plenty of info to make our stay easier. Very highly recommended!
The apartment is small, exceptionally quiet for Manhattan and was clean upon arrival. I have no problems recommending it to future guests. I have, however, one suggestion: Make some space for the guest's things. The apartment is very small, and full of things and I had to make room for my things. This should be easy to fix and should not deter anyone from utilizing this low-cost option in a central, but quiet and good location.
everything that is described on this site is true of Holly's apartment. It's clean, it's cozy, it has very easy access to good restaurants, shopping, and parks. It has easy access to the subway and is a quick ride to anywhere you would like to go in Manhattan.
One suggestion I would have for ALL renters is a better system of key transfers. Maybe a very secure lock box with a changeable code that is on sight rather than having to arrive and find a secondary location to aquire keys.
As one of Holly's consummate travel buddies, I've seen firsthand how important it is for her to create a comfortable, clean and cozy space to call home in between her overseas jaunts. Every time I hang out at her apartment, it's like a mini spa getaway complete with homemade brownies and cucumber water (which she'd likely leave for any lucky house guests!). And with Central Park, Bloomingdales, and tons of great bars and restaurants within walking distance, it's the perfect neighborhood to call home for any traveler visiting NYC!
I have know Holly Corbett for several years, and consider her to be one of the best hosts and homemakers that I know. Her apartment is warm, cozy and inviting, and would be a wonderful place to stay for anyone visiting the city for a few days—or for several weeks! Holly also lives on a great block close to the excellent amenities and shopping that NYC is so well known for. You'll feel comfortable and at home from the moment you walk inside her door—and in the middle of it all once you leave for the day.
