Warm and friendly people, with a cute dog. I Would repeat.
The hosts were fantastic. They invited me to join in on a yoga session in the apartment as I arrived, and were very welcoming and generous :) And the dog is super cute cute cute!
It's a decent enough room in a good location, but the room is pretty small, I would only recommend it for a solo traveler. The views from the two balconies on both sides of the apartment are breathtaking!
This is a great place if you are just looking for a place to crash. If you want to hang out all day, cook, etc. it may not be the right choice.
Stefania's place is just a few minutes walk from Roma Termini and we felt very comfortable during our stay there.
The room is small but we could use the living room, balcony and kitchen. Stefania took very nice care of us and my nice just loved her little dog Nina.
We can only recommend Ninetta Lobardo's place to stay for a few days in Rome!
Great appartement with a very kind and friendly hostess. Mille grazie, Stefania!
Extremely good location! Just 5 minutes walk to Termini Station. Walking distance to LColiseum as well as the other famous attractions. Although the access to the apartment is realy easy, the cost of the stay as well as the premium location makes up for it. Simple and comfortable apartment.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ninetta's to any solo traveler. No complaints, everything was as the other reviews said. Thanks Ninetta : )
I had a nice stay here and the room is perfect for just one. It is in a great location and very close to the central train station. Stephanie's mum was very obliging and the dog is lovely. But communication was very difficult as she did not speak English and i didn't speak Italian. So i had to use my own initiative to find maps and get directions from the hotel across the road.
Really nice apartment with a wonderful view over Rome, directly in San Lorenzo, perfect place to experience this beautiful city. Stephania is a very nice host. So I recommend this place to everyone who travels to Rome.
We stayed 3 nights at Ninahouse last June. The apartment is nice and Stephania mum is very nice (although she only speaks italian)! Stephania wasn't there that weekend so we didn't had the opportunity to talk about Italy or get recommendations.
The room is close to Termini station (10-15 minutes walk) and it's easy to get there with Stephania indications. While we were there we visited the Vatican city and Trastevere, because we went there by bus (from Termini). To see the historic part of the city, we stayed in another place (it would be a long walk).
The only problem of this place was that it doesn't have AC and it was 40ºC! If we stayed with the window open, we couldn't sleep because of the trains noise... There is a nice balcony on the apartment, but we only realized that we could use in the last day.
Very nice restaurant next to the apartment building!
"Ninetta" and Giulio were wonderful guests - kind considerate, interesting, and happy to share their experiences of travelling the world which I always appreciate very much.
