Let me introduce you to a charming Parisian way of life thanks to this flat, you will wish your stay could be longer!
We were in Paris 2 years ago and wanted to return for our anniversary and be close to Luxumburg Park and all of the great historical sites. We were fortunate to find Aude's apartment. It was so spacious compared to the previous hotel that we stayed in. AND, so welcoming after a day's site seeing. We truly relaxed and enjoyed the comforts of home.
We stayed in Aude's apartment for 4 nights over the weekend of Fete Nationale. The location is perfect to explore all of the major tourist sites by foot and the Metro is very close by. Situated between St. Sulpice and the Luxembourg Gardens it's in the perfect position to end a day of exploring with a few drinks in the beautiful Gardens watching Parisians play Boules or kids sailing their boats at the water fountains. The St. Germain area is great for patisseries, restaurants & boutique shops. Although Aude was away on business at the time, her friend Amelie was there to meet us and show us around the apartment. Aude had left several Paris travel books and maps as well as a lovely bottle of wine. :) Aude's charmingly decorated apartment was a perfect base for a quintessential Parisian holiday. We would highly recommend Aude's place and would definitely stay here again. Merci Aude x
We stayed at Aude's apartment for a weekend. We really enjoyed it. The apartment is creatively decorated and definitely has the Parisian spirit! The location is also great - all the main tourist sites are within walking distance.
My fiance and I loved our six night stay at Aude's truly charming apartment. Location, location, location. Yes. You walk out the door and Saint-Sulpice is to the left and Luxembourg Gardens to the right. What more could one ask for? I've lived in Paris in the Marais which is a great neighborhood, but this location was so easy and central to seeing pretty much everything on our list.
14 Rue Servandoni was well-kept and clean and the decor made it feel extremely "homey." True, the water temperature in the shower could be tricky sometimes, but who wants to stand around in the shower when you're in Paris!? Minor, indeed.
Aude herself was friendly, warm and generous. Best thing I can say is that I would/will go back!
A very well situated flat.Near Park Luxenbourg and St. Sulpice Church. Aude welcomed un warmly with a bottle of red wine, a very useful guidebook of Paris restaurant, and took us for a round to introduce the neighborhood. She was very kind and helpful.
A little small but the charge was reasonable. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and will recommand it to friends.
We loved Aude's adorable flat! After four days exploring the city we felt so lucky to be staying where we were in Saint Germain. The location could not have been better. Lots of little shops and galleries and boutiques and within walking distance to many of the major sights. Walking down the narrow street and ducking behind the heavy wooden doors and into the little stone courtyard just felt so quintessentially Parisian. Also helps that Aude has some seriously good decorating taste, makes you feel at home. Only drawback was the shower which alternated between arctic and scalding. But who cares, not in Paris for the shower. Would stay again!
We stayed in Aude's flat for our recent stay in Paris. We LOVED our stay and 100% recommend this flat. It is so conveniently located next to tons of restaurants, bars, metro stations and Luxembourg gardens. It was so easy to get anywhere we wanted to go and there was such fun nightlife for us to explore after long days of sightseeing. Also, Aude's flat was very clean and cozy...it was so great that my boyfriend actually proposed to me on the third day of our stay right in the living room! The ONLY drawback was that there was a washer and no dryer. We washed some clothes and had to hang them all up to dry. Aude was very responsive to our inquiry and answered all of our emails quickly. Her brother met us at the flat on the day ofour arrival and showed us all around. Aude had even left several Paris travel books and maps as well as a bottle of wine. We would definately stay there again. Overall, great experience.
Fantastic apartment, perfectly located. Wonderfully quiet and decorated with taste. It's not the most comfortable of places - the bed is rather small and old, the shower is no good - but Paris isn't either. Still, both Paris and this flat are charming the way they are!
The flat is charming—a real little piece of Paris—and in the heart of the most beautiful part of Saint-Germain. It is like a postcard dream. Although small, the apartment is very comfortable, and the host has quite a flair for decorating. Her warm (and occasionally quite amusing) personal touch is everywhere, and it greatly adds to the enjoyment of a stay here.
Aude's is an amazing host! Her place was incredibly well located on a picturesque side street and just a 5 minute walk to the best parts of St Germain and Luxembourg Gardens. The apartment was both quiet and very charming. I would stay again. Thank you Aude!
