We did not meet Willow in person but the reservation process went well and the condo was left in good condition. Our only issue was that during her 4 night stay (in Aug of 2013) she felt that the condo was musty. This was a very humid summer and if the air-conditioners weren't working properly or the windows were left open it would definately have been muggy/musty. Instead of calling us (we provided her with our cell phone number and the on site maintenance staff phone number) right away so we could deal with the problem; She waited until 19 days after she checked out and we found out about it after she left a review on the air bnb webb-site. The guests before and after her had no issues so we think the air-conditioners may have been on the wrong setting or the de-humidier was full. We would like to have had the opportunity to deal with this issue promptly. A simple phone call may have allowed us or the maintenance staff to correct the problem quickly so our guests would have better enjoyed their stay. Sincerely Yours, Patrick Sargent and family.
