Hey Giulia , thank you for feed back its very important to me, I am very sorry to hear that you did not have hot water, I found the same that morning for some reason the boiler switch off , but you could have told me and I would have fixed it then and there, you will be please to know that is fixed now. so everybody has hot water now.
