We had a stunning time in Portugal!
Cátia was very helpful and quick with her replies which made a massive difference when booking accommodation abroad.
The house was fully equipped, and fairly central.
I would recommend staying with Cátia to anyone visiting Portugal, the house was affordable and Cátia was a stunning host.

My girlfriend and I were travelling through Porto and ended up staying at Catia place for a week.
The house was more than adequate for us to get a decent nights rest and to freshen up every morning before we headed off on our travels.
We did prefer to eat out than cook in the flat especially because the flat is so close to the main shopping street and the centre of town.
If you are after a cheap, convenient place to stay and aren't too concerned about staying in a flashy place then this flat is ideal.
I would highly recommend.
And Catia is very nice accommodating also!
Catia was a very friendly and fair host.
We had a good time in Porto and are pleased with the room in Cátias apartment. It is located near the centre, with very good access to public transport within Porto and for trips in the region. Cátia and Pedro were friendly hosts.
El apartamento está en una buena zona de Porto, muy centrico y puedes ir andando a cualquier lugar desde aquí. Catia es simpatica y nos ayudo a movernos por Oporto y donde comer. Gracias por todo.
the room and house it's nice, little problem for communcate with Catia but it's very nice
Thank you so much Catia! We had a wonderful stay in beautiful Porto. Catia was a lovely host and went out of her way to give us advice and share secrets about her city.

Confortable and inspiring. The Art in the rooms and the small garden with hammock made it perfect to relax. Location is great (1 min walk from metro, 24 agusto) small restaurants with delicious food (try O louis) and 2 supermarkets at walking distance. City centre is 2 min by metro or 10 min walk. The apartment is old but clean. Look at pictures, it's exactely like (email hidden) surprises.
Cátia and Ricardo were ideal hosts. Their Artists' Residence in Porto was very comfortable, clean, reasonably priced, and well-maintained. They made me feel welcome and had great suggestions for sights to visit, and I really enjoyed our chats about Portugal and art. I would stay there again in a second and suggest it to anyone interested in a cultural, artistic, or off-the-beaten-path visit of Porto.
I've known Cátia for a while, in an academic context; I can say for certain that Cátia is a funny, friendly and trustworthy person (and talented artist, btw), and I must give my highest recommendation of her hospitality to anyone who plans to visit Oporto.
I stayed at Catia's apartment in Porto, it was situated in a good part of Porto right near to the Metro. It had very good restaurants and shops very close by. The apartment was modern and clean with a self service breakfast. Catia and her husband are artists and they give a very friendly and helpful service within the apartment which is also shared by other artists etc. Mjost important of all the price was very good.
