"Do, be and defend all that you love and all that is the essence of life felt at it's fullest"

I have made Falmouth my home as I have family roots here in Cornwall and the sublime coastline, lush wooded creeks, vibrant humming heather hues and sorbet sun soaked gorse are my greatest source of inspiration and vitality. In addition to it's abundant natural beauty Falmouth has an exciting and diverse creative but also strong working maritime identity. I am involved in the local music and arts scene primarily as a song writer, singer, composer, arranger, producer but I also dabble in photography, painting, illustration and jewellery making. I also love cookery and hospitality and have worked in hotels and restaurants in St Ives and London, so if you have booked into my BnB for a stay you could have one of the best organic vegan, veggie or free range meaty breakfasts in town. Given the choice on offer you may want to eat out in the evening but an evening meal here is also an option. Evening meals are £15 per person (£30 for a couple) which includes a hearty main course and 1/2 bottle (1 bottle for a couple) of organic wine or a large bottle of organic cider. If more wine is wanted or a dessert as well it would be £20 per person. The meal would be all be a combination of locally sourced and organic ingredients. Options will depend on seasonal availability. Please note this doesn't apply to my self catering listing, whereby you will have free reign of the kitchen to come up with your own lush meals :-) Falmouth and the surrounding area will never leave you short of inspiration with all the local fresh fish, meats, fruit and veg on offer - I highly recommend Myatt's butchers, Arwenack Fisheries and the Tuesday Farmer's Market on the Moor! For vegan and veggie plus a wide variety of organic produce head to the Natural Store on the high street.
